* Both days of Rosh HaShana ($100)
* Yom Kippur Break Fast ($50)
* Both Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur ($150)
* Night or Day of Simchat Torah ($50)
* Both Night and Day of Simchat Torah ($100)
* All Holidays ($250)
