Gentle Yoga w/ Katrin Arefy
In this gentle yoga session we will practice some simple breathing exercises and poses that help create space in the lungs, and calm the mind. This class was designed with seniors in mind but all are welcome. No yoga experience needed. Props: two medium size blankets. Not recommended for pregnant women, people with recent heart conditions, and people who suffer from high blood pressure.
