Shabbat Youth Services (Saturday Morning)
10:15-11:50 a.m.; Ages 18 months to 12 years old
Pray and play with friends! This program offers a unique opportunity for children to experience the joy of Shabbat and to explore the weekly Torah portion in a warm and nurturing environment. Children are divided into age-appropriate groups led by volunteer parents and members.
Gan Shalom Preschool
CBI’s preschool is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through hands-on experience with music, dramatic play, arts and crafts, science and language arts. Jewish content is integrated across the curriculum, with children encouraged to think deeply about Jewish stories, values and holiday observance, in a way that is perfectly suited to their age and stage of development.
Bar & Bat Mitzvah Program
Our community of Bnai Mitzvah gathers on a monthly basis to learn, discuss and explore big questions. Once a month, our group also attends a full Shabbat morning in the main Sanctuary for prayer and Torah reading. During the sermon, we join for an activity led by CBY Youth Director Ma’ayan Rabinovich. For more information, contact Ma’ayan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NCSY connects with our Jewish teens through innovative, cutting-edge social and recreational programs that promote and help develop a positive Jewish identity.
